What is your favorite cut of meat?

I normally favor T-bones but last week a guy brought shoulder loin to the boat and even though it was 2" thick you could still cut it with a fork.
Best I've ever had and that includes the expensive stuff at Ruth Chris Stakehouse and some real fancy places in NYC. :):)

New York strip, lightly salted and peppered, grilled to medium rare. Crispy on the outside and red in the middle.

Bred and raised locally Angus. No antibiotic or hormone since they have been in the feed lot! Give us a try. We have all the "favorite cuts" mentioned above! Plus we have comparable prices to the chains.

Angus ain't bad in a pinch - but the cadillac of beef in this area is limousine - full of flavor and low in fat. Gotta love the filet, the strip and the t-bone.

yum, yum

You cut me a piece of meat, any kind, and I'll cook and eat it.
Some need tenderizing, some need to be marinating, and some
need to be ground, but at my house, meat is what's for dinner.
