Cave Springs Resort Marina (Alligator 1)
Well lets stop the rumors and shed some light on Alligator 1 that is a positive. Alligator 1 has started moving from their current site to the new
site (Cave Springs). It looks as though the move may take some time but hopefully slip customers will be able to ring in the New Year at the new site.
The Dock owners along with their help have floated part of the main walk way along with the entire section of what use to be T Dock to the new site.
Everyone is active in connecting the docks as well as dropping anchors to secure our new home that will give us plenty of clean deep water to float
in.
I will try to attach some pictures that were taken of the new site. If you feel the need to drive through and check things out Please respect the
people working on the dock with a curtious No Wake!!! This will help keep dock workers safe while dropping anchors and welding docks together.

Thanks Pac and of course special thanks to the 1 and only E for posting these for us. I was going to go out and take a picture today but the rain
started before I could get there. We will try to get a picture every few days. The last picture posted here was taken last Saturday ,so I am sure
there is more to look at now. We love it!

You are welcome..it is our pleasure to take these pics, we love Cave Springs and have our boat there too. In addition to that we are especially happy
to live where we can watch the progress..I can hear nosies of progress as I type this..and it is really raining hard out there right now! Proof that
the Slussers are working as fast as they can to get everyone settled!! It is so good that after all the stress and worry that things are coming
together so well for everyone

Nice pics. They are really moving along. I was down a week ago and pic # 1 was where they were.
It might be a tight turnaround for a larger boat, but I think it could be done.
They were in the process of blacktopping the main road last week also. They said they would blacktop from the "end of state maintenance" to the
ramp and also out to Campbells Ramp.
