Turkey Strut 5K

Turkey Strut 5K is the fifth and final race / fun walk of the 8th Annual Kentucky State Parks Race Series.  Runners and walkers are invited to compete in a unique series of 5K runs / fun walks featured at five Kentucky State Parks. Take this opportunity to participate in challenging courses with various park terrains.  We encourage runners and walkers to participate in the entire series of races, but participants may sign up for the races individually.  Begin the series on April 14th, 2012 at E.P. "Tom" State Park in Louisville and continue at the following parks.  Barren River Lake State Resort Park near Glasgow, KY May 12th, Taylorsville Lake State Park in Taylorsville, KY June 9th, Rough River Dam State Resort Park near Leitchfield, KY July 14th and Lake Cumberland State Resort Park near Jamestown, KY August 18th.
